- Prepare 14-15 Bread slices (white /brown)

- Prepare 1 cup paneer grated
- Get 2 Tbsp chopped capsicum

- You need 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- You need 1/4 tsp cumin powder or cumin seeds
- Provide 1/4 tsp garam masala
- Provide 1/4 tsp aamchur powder
- Provide 2 Tbsp tomato sauce
- Prepare 2 Tbsp finely chopped Coriander leaves
- Take 1/4 tsp salt
- Prepare For green chutney
- Provide 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
- You need 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- Provide 2 green chilli
- Use 1/4 tsp lemon juice
- You need 1 tbsp water for grinding (optional)

Instructions to make Paneer Bread Rolls:
- For homemade paneer - First boil milk. Once the milk come to a boil, add 1 tbsp vinegar (or lemon juice) and turn off the gas. Let it cool and wait for 5 mins so that the milk curdles completely. Rinse the paneer with cold water to remove taste of vinegar. Drain the paneer into a muslin cloth and squeeze and remove as much water as you can. Flatten the paneer (wrapped inside the muslin cloth) and place a heavy object on its top to set. - Leave it aside for 1 to 2 hours. Your paneer is ready.
- Make green chutney by grinding coriander leaves, chaat masala, green chillies, lemon juice, salt and 1 tbsp water as per required in mixer.
- For Paneer stuffing - In a bowl add paneer, capsicum, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, cumin, garam masala, aamchur powder, tomato sauce, coriander leaves, salt. - Combined all ingredients of paneer stuffing and mixed well.
- Now take a Bread and trim its edges. With the help of rolling pin roll the bread thin. - Spread 1/2 tsp green chutney evenly over bread slices. Take 1 tbsp paneer stuffing and roll it into cylindrical shape.
- Place paneer stuffing over bread slice and roll its tightly and secure tightly. Seal with maida paste before deep frying these rolls. Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan. Brush butter over paneer bread roll. Now place paneer bread roll in pan and roast from all side till golden colour and crispy
