- Take butter
- Provide cup brown sugar

- Place a large pot(the type with cover) and heat till very hot. Reduce the heat and add 1 teaspoon butter.add the red corn and stir well,then cover the lid.you will notice that the corn is popping. Use your hand to shake the pot from time to time.if it stops popping remove from heat and set aside.
- Add the remaining butter in a pan and melt.add brown sugar and keep stirring till it melts.add the vanilla essence and baking soda and stir well.add the popcorn and stir till fully mixed. Remove from heat and allow to cool.serve and sprinkle melted chocolate. Enjoy!
