The ingredients needed to cook Turkey Roast:
  1. Take 5 kg turkey thawed
  2. Prepare 250 g butter room temperature
  3. You need 1/2 bunch parsley chopped
  4. Take 2 cloves garlic minced
  5. Prepare 1/2 lemon zest
  6. Use Mirepoix
Steps to make Turkey Roast:
  1. Dry off the turkey with kitchen towels
  2. Mix the butter, parsley, garlic, lemon zest and season with salt and pepper
  3. Chop up the mirepoix and line the baking pan with it. Add turkey innards, if any. Season with salt and pepper.
