The ingredients needed to prepare Mississippi Roast:
  1. Provide chuck roast
  2. Take onion, diced
  3. You need garlic, minced
  4. Prepare pepperoncini, sliced (about half 12oz jar)
  5. You need pepperoncini juice
  6. Take ranch powder
  7. Take Bou beef bouillon cube
  8. You need Bou mushroom gravy cube
  9. Prepare butter
  10. Get large sprig thyme, tied

  1. Preheat oven to 325F
  2. Generously season beef chuck with salt
  3. Heat a dutch oven with a very light drizzle of oil over high heat. Sear both sides of the chuck.
