- Take 6 slice (small diced) smoked bacon
- Prepare 1 large (medium diced) yellow onion

- Use 1 large (small diced) jalapeño pepper
- Get 3 clove minced garlic
- You need 1/4 cup pure mild red chili powder ( not chili seasoning)
- Use 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- Prepare 1 tsp ground cumin
- Take 1 tsp ground Mexican oregano
- Provide 1 tsp garlic powder
- Provide 1 tsp onion powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Get 2 tsp salt (plus more to taste)
- Get 28 oz tomato sauce
- Prepare 28 oz low sodium beef stock
- Provide 2 15 ounce cans of pinto beans (rinsed and drained)
