- Provide Sauté Ingredients
- You need 400 grams Pasta
- You need 2 tsp olive oil, extra virgin
- Get 4 clove garlic, minced
- You need 1/2 chopped onion
- Prepare 1 oz fresh baby spinach
- Prepare 1 freshly grated parmesan cheese
- You need 1 lb chicken strips
- Provide Herb & Balsamic Vinaigrette
- You need 1/4 cup olive oil
- Use 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar cream
- Provide 2 tbsp white wine
- Prepare 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

- Place the spinach in a covered pan over low heat for about 4 min. Chop ans set aside when done.
- In the same pan sauté the onion, chicken and garlic until chicken is lightly brown.
