- Preheat a medium deep skillet (@medium high heat)with the oil and ground turkey, brown the turkey, then add all the herbs and spices, and chopped onion/garlic/red pepper. Saute everything for 5 min till onion transparent and browned.
- Add the 4 cups boiling water (I have an electric kettle), add packet/cube of chicken broth, add peas, corn and rice. Mix all very well, cover and let sit at medium heat for 15 min, stirr occasionally so rice wont stick at bottom.
