  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Clean parsnips. I leave the skin on. Slice parsnip lengthwise like french fries and put into a large bowl.

  4. Roast parsnips for 10-15, then stir or flip to roast the other sides for an additional 15-20 min. The thicker the parsnip, the longer the roasting time. When done, let cool for 5 min. Use any dipping sauce or none at all.
