- You need 30/40 Mushrooms (Portobello or White)
- Use 1 (6 oz) can of lump crab meat
- Get 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- Use 6 cloves garlic minced
- Get 1/4 cup butter (half stick)
- Take 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Prepare 1 small yellow onion finely chopped
- Provide 1/4 cup green onions finely chopped
- Get 1/2 cup Parmesan grated cheese
- Provide 2 teaspoons Paprika
Steps to make Crab Stuffed Mushrooms:
- Preheat Oven 400 degrees. Clean and remove stems from mushroom and reserve 1/4 cup. Cut mushroom stems finely. With a tea spoon remove some on the inside of the mushroom to make room for filling.
- In a sauce pan sauté onions and diced mushroom stems in butter and olive oil. Add garlic after the onions and mushrooms are done, cook until garlic is cooked not burnt!
