The ingredients needed to prepare Rich Chocolate Pudding:
- Use 200 g dark chocolate chopped
- Take 2.5 tbsp cornstarch
- Take 400 ml full fat milk
- Prepare 60 g sugar
- You need 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- Provide 1/8 teaspoon salt
Steps to make Rich Chocolate Pudding:
- Mix cornstarch and cocoa powder in 5 tbsp milk until lump free
- Add cocoa paste to remaining milk and heat over low medium heat. Add sugar and whisk well
- Continue cooking over low medium heat until it starts thickening. Switch off. Immediately add melted dark chocolate to mixture and mix until well combined. You can melt dark chocolate either by microwave or double boiler method
