- You need Whipping cream
- Get sweetened condensed milk(300ml)
- Take vanilla essence
- Get chocolate essence
- Take instant coffee
- Use melted chocolate

- In a small bowl/coffee mug, dissolve the coffee into the water.
- In a small mixing bowl, add half a can of sweetened condensed milk, the chocolate essence, the coffee mixture, the melted chocolate and coco powder.
- Mix well until all the ingredients incorporate.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the whipping cream and vanilla essence then whip using a stand mixer with the paddle attachment on or a hand mixer on low speed for about 2 minutes or until soft peaks form.

- In the first half of whipped cream, add the condensed milk and fold it in gently using a spatula or a wooden spoon until evenly mixed.

- Transfer your ice-cream into an air-tight container/cover with cling flim. Place in the freezer for about 4-6 hours or overnight.
