  1. Prepare 250 ml powdered milk
  2. Take to taste sugar
  3. Take 2 tbps all-purpose flour
  4. Get 3 ripe mangoes
Instructions to make Mango Vanilla Ice cream:
  1. Wash ripen mangoes. Peel the back and remove the seed. Blend (don’t add water: that’s reason to use ripen mangoes) and pour in a bowl with cover. Put in freezer for 6 hours to thicken or overnight so you can have it ready for the ice cream
  2. Measure 250ml water. Out of it, use a little to mix the flour and mix remaining with powdered milk (ensure no lumps). Pour all in a pot, add sugar and stir well. Add more milk on how creamy you want your ice cream to turn out although this measurement gives you yumminess
  3. Transfer pot over heat and stir while it is boiling. It takes about 10 minutes for this measurement to thicken. Put off the heat and allow the milk mix to cool down.
  4. Pour ice cream mix into your blender, turn on the machine, and churn for 5 minutes. Wait for the blender to cool for 3 minutes and repeat the process for another 5 minutes. Pour into air tight container and put in freezer for 2 hours.
  5. Bring the ice cream out and pour in blender again and add vanilla extract. Blend for 5 minutes. Pour it back into the bowl, scoop the frozen mangoes and scoop into the ice cream. Put in freezer for 5 hours. It is ready!
