- Prepare For filling -
- You need 1 Tbsp oil
- Get 1 Finely chopped onion
- Use 2 finely chopped Garlic cloves

- For filling - Take oil in a pan. When oil is heated, add chopped onion, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped green chilli, finely chopped & deseeded tomato, sauté for a while. Now add boiled potatoes, paneer cubes, olives and sauté for a while. Now add red chilli powder, red chilli sauce, sugar, oregano, chopped coriander, little bit of salt and mix it well. Now the filling is ready. Let it cool down for 5 minutes.
- Take medium size capsicums whatever Color you have. Chopped them into half. Now deseed the capsicums, just to have a nice cup of capsicums for filling. Now add half cup of mozzarella cheese and mix it well. Now fill the capsicums cup with prepared filling. Filling should be at the level of the capsicums.
- Now garnish the filled capsicums with mozzarella cheese and place them in a baking tray. Now bake them on 180 degree Celsius for 10-12 mins.
- Now take out beautifully baked capsicums and cut them each into 2 pieces for serve in a plate. Enjoy the delightful taste😋
