- You need 1 lb frozen cheese tortellini
- Provide 1/2 small green pepper, small diced
- You need 2 small celery, halved and thin sliced, (not entire stalk just 2 sticks)
- Get 10 cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- Provide 3 baby carrots halved and thin sliced
- Get 1 cup sweet Vidallia onion salad dressing
- You need 1 cup small cubed cheddar cheese

- cook tortellini according to directions. drain completely cool and refrigerate while chopping you're veggies.
- dry all ingredients so no water or liquid remains.
- add all ingredients into a large bowl. toss to coat with dressing.
