- Provide Cake
- You need 2 cup sugar
- Get 1 cup unsalted butter
- You need 3 cup sifted cake flour
- You need 3 tsp baking powder
- You need 1 cup whole milk
- Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
- Take 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- You need 1/2 tsp orange extract
- Take 6 egg whites
Steps to make My Favorite Birthday Cake:
- Preheat oven to 375Β° F. Grease and flour 3 (9-inch) cake pans.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Combine flour and baking powder; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Beat well after each addition.
