- Teig, der durch die Löcher ausgetreten und auf der Form festgebacken ist, ablösen
- Die Kugeln aus der Form nehmen und auf einem Kuchengitter 10 minutes abkühlen lassen.
- Die Schokolade über einem Wasserbad oder in der Mikrowelle schmelzen
- Die Lollistiele an einem Ende in die Schokolade tauchen, in die Teigkugeln stecken und 10 minutes im Kühlschrank fest werdem lassen. Dadurch halten die Stiele im Teig
