  1. Prepare 2 boxes penne pasta 12 or 16 oz each
  2. Use 3-4 lemons, zested and juiced to 1/2 cup
  3. Provide 6 garlic cloves, minced
  4. Use 2 cups packed basil, cut into ribbons
  5. Use 6 Tbsp butter, divided
