- Get 5 . 1 Tablespoons corn flour
- Take 6 chilly . red flakes
- Get 11/2 Teaspoons ginger paste
- Provide 11/2 Teaspoons garlic paste
- Use 5 / green chillies chillies fresh red
- You need 1 onion
- Use 1 green capscicum
- Use 1 Teaspoon soya sauce
- Provide 1 Teaspoon chilly red paste
- Get water little
- Get 2 Tablespoons Honey
- Take 3 Tablespoons corn flour [ mixed with water ]
- Prepare spring onion
Instructions to make Chilly Beef:
- Marinate beef with 1-6 ingredients. Keep it for 30 minutes.
- Cook the beef and deep fry it. [Don't let it fry too much]
- For the sauce, add ginger and garlic to oil. Add nicely chopped chillies.
- Now add onion and green pepper and cook it till soft.
- Add red chilly paste, soya sauce and the fried beef into it.
- Add a little water, mix all the ingredients well. Now add Honey.
- Parallely mix 1/2 tbsp corn flour in 2tbsp water. Finally add 3tbsp of the mix to the sauce to make it thick.
- Garnish with spring onion and ready to serve.
