The ingredients needed to make Asian Wings:
  1. You need 1 kg chicken wings
  2. Take 1/4 cup Lemon or Calamansi juice
  3. You need 1 cup flour
  4. Get 1/2 cup cornstarch
  5. Use dash Salt and pepper
  6. Use 2 eggs
  7. Take 1 cup cooking oil (depends on how deep it your pan)

  9. Provide 1/2 cup kikoman soy sauce
  10. Prepare 3/4 cup sugar

  12. Provide 1 tbsp Cooked sesame seeds

  1. Marinade chicken wings with Calamansi or lemon juice, salt and pepper. Let it stay for 30mins.
  2. Mix all together Cornstarch, flour, eggs and water.
  3. Dip chicken to mixture. When fully coated, drop chicken to the hot pan to start deep frying, cook for 9 minutes each batch.
  4. While frying the wings, get another pan for the coating sauce.
  5. Put kikoman soy sauce, sugar and water. Mix till it thickens.
  6. Then add cooked sesame seeds. Make sure it is in low heat when the sauce thickens.
  7. Preparation: Put cooked chicken on a plate then coat chicken wings with the sauce. Transfer to serving plate and top with chopped onion spring.
