  1. Use 1 kg mixed chicken parts, pork or pork ribs (pre-boiled or pre-softened in a pressure cooker)

  3. You need 1 cup soy sauce
  4. Get 1 cup vinegar
  5. Provide 1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped
