- Use Marinade:
- Use 1 cup pinot noir wine
- Prepare 1 cup cran-pomegranate juice
- Take 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- You need slivered onions
- You need to liking fresh cracked black pepper
- Get 3 Rib eye steaks, about 12 oz each
- Get 6 tbsps butter, 2 tbsps for each steak

- Using a Pyrex casserole dish, place marinade ingredients and steaks, cover and refrigeratate for 1 hour
- Remove from fridge, uncover and turn steaks over, replace in fridge and marinate for another hour
