  1. Use 1 medium sized cauliflower
  2. Prepare 2 cups Boiled rice
  3. Take 2 medium sized onions
  4. Take 3 medium sized tomatoes

  1. Boil rice and keep aside.
  2. Cut cauliflower into small pods, soak it in hot water with little salt for say 5 minutes, drain and keep aside.
  3. Take any ready-made Bajji bonda mix or your own mix, make cauliflower pakoda and keep aside.
  4. Heat little oil in a pan, add chopped onions and saute till golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for few minutes.
  5. Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder to the pan and saute well. Add little water and allow the masala to get cook well.
  6. Once the mix is cooked well, add chopped coriander leaves and the fried pakodas and mix well.
