  1. You need 16 oz frozen cauliflower bagged
  2. Get 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  3. Take Salt

  1. Microwave the cauliflower for about six minutes
  2. Pulse in food processor until riced.
  3. Using some paper towels get some of the water out of the rice.

  7. Repeat with the second 8oz of rice and yogurt. More Yogurt may be required, I kinda eyeballed the amount I needed.
