  1. Use 2 cup Flour
  2. You need 1 cup Salt
  3. Provide 2 cup Warm Water
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  5. Get 1 tbsp Cream of Tartar
  6. Use 1 Wax Paper
  7. Get 1 Food Color Dye
Steps to make Homemade Playdough:
  1. Mix all the ingredients together, and stir over low heat. The dough will begin to thicken cook till it resembles dry mashed potatoes. When the dough pulls away from the side of the pan and clumps in the center, remove from heat and allow the dough to cool enough to handle. Note: if your play dough is still a bit sticky, you need to cook it a bit longer. If you over cook it just roll a bit of water in to help.
