  1. Prepare 2 lb(900g) boneless pork chop
  2. Get 3 Tbsp ginger,grated
  3. Provide 1 cup(240ml)onion,grated
  4. You need 1/4 cup(60ml)olive oil
  5. You need 1/4 cup(60ml)sake
  6. Get 1/4 cup(60ml)low-sodium soy sauce
