- Prepare 2 boneless skinless chix breasts; sliced in halves
- Take 1/4 cup flour
- Get 1/2 tsp unsalted butter
- Prepare 1 1/2 tsp olive oil
- Get 2/3 cup reduced sodium chix broth
- Provide 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
- You need 4 thin slice low sodium deli ham
