  1. Use 2 Cups Creamy Peanut Butter
  2. Take 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  3. Take Chocolate Coating:
  4. Prepare 2 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  5. Provide 2 Tbsp Vegetable Shortening

  1. Peanut Butter Cups: Line 12 regular size muffin cups with paper liners.
  2. Heat the peanut butter in the microwave until soft  for about 60 seconds. Stir in the powdered sugar.
  3. Melt the chocolates and shortening in a  saucepan.
  4. Spoon about two teaspoons of the melted chocolate into each of the paper cups. Tap the pan on the counter to smooth out the chocolate. Freeze for about 10 minutes for the chocolate to set.
