- Use Meat
- Get 1 lb cubed steak
- Use 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Provide 2 tsp soul seasoning
- Provide 2 tsp seasoned salt

- Take 1 tsp onion powder

- Prepare 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- Get White Country Gravy
- Prepare 1 cup milk

- Season steak evenly on both sides, then coat with flour evenly (for thicker breading, drizzle with 1 tablespoon water and 1 teaspoon soy sauce mixture then flour again).
