  1. You need 1 can of Libby's Pumpkin puree
  2. Prepare 3 carrots, peeled and cut in pieces
  3. You need 1 onion, chopped
  4. Provide 3 garlic cloves, mashed
  5. Use 4 cups of chicken stock
  6. You need 2 tbsp. of olive oil
  7. You need 2 tbsp. of unsalted butter
  8. Get 2 or 3 fresh sage leaves
  9. Take 1 salt and pepper to taste

Instructions to make Pumpkin soup:
  1. Take the carrots and onions and put in a pot with the butter and olive oil at low medium heat for about 5 minutes or until the carrots and onions are softened enough. Add the garlic and sage leaves.
  2. When softened take out the carrots, onions and sage. Put in food processor. Pulse until everything looks creamy, no lumps. Meanwhile in the same pot add the chicken stock and pumpkin purée.
