  1. You need 300 g self raising flour
  2. Use 4 eggs
  3. Get 250 ml sour cream
  4. Prepare 500 g curd cheese
  5. Provide 50 g raisins
  6. Prepare 100 g butter or margarine
  7. Take 80 g icing sugar
  8. Get 1 tsp grated lemon zest
  9. Use 2 tbsp biscuit crumbs
