  1. Get 2 1/2 lb hamburger
  2. Get 15 small tortillas
  3. Get 1 lb grated cheese
  4. Get 1 can green chiles
  5. Prepare 1 can Enchilada sauce

  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. brown hamburger
  3. heat up enchilada sauce ( I use the big can )
  4. put enough enchilada sauce in bottom of 13 × 9 baking dish to cover bottom but not too much
  5. warm up tortillas
  6. dip tortillas one by one in enchilada sauce
  7. put 5 tortillas in the bottom ( I put 4 down and cut 1 to cover the rest of the dish instead of wasting another one )
  8. drain hamburger and add green chiles to it
  9. separate hamburger into 2 even halves
  10. put 1 half of hamburger on tortillas in baking dish evenly
  11. put even layer of cheese on top
  12. layer tortillas the same as you did before
  13. add hamburger and cheese the same way as before
  14. layer tortillas again
  15. layer cheese on top and add a little sauce on top
  16. put in oven for 35 min
