  7. Use Water (1/2 Cup X 2)

  9. Take Easy Hollandaise Sauce:
  10. Prepare 20 g Mayonnaise (about to 1 Tbsp.)
  11. Prepare 40 g Melted Butter (Salted)
  12. Take to taste Lemon Juice

  2. Slice the English muffins in half and set aside until use.

  5. Add one egg to a coffee cup.
  6. Pour a half cup of water into the coffee cup to cover the egg.
  7. Microwave for 50 seconds or until the egg has solidified.
