  1. Use 2 packages 32 oz chicken broth
  2. Take 2 cup heavy cream
  3. Get 1 packages italian sausage
  4. You need 1/2 packages bacon
  5. Provide 1/2 packages baby kale and spinach
  6. Provide 1/2 onion, chopped
  7. You need salt pepper garlic powder
  8. Get 3 large russet potatoes
Instructions to make Zuppa Toscana:
  1. Slice potatoes with skin on, and boil till almost soft
  2. While waiting for potatoes, chop and cook bacon and onions together. Set aside. Cook sausage in same pan
  3. In large sauce pan pour broth and heavy cream heat and keep warm.
