Steps to make Stuffed Mushrooms:
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil saute onion for minute on high flame.
- Add capsicum and mushrooms stem and saute for minute on low flame.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder, saute for minute on low flame.
- Add coriander leaves and grated cheese keep mixing and switch off the flame. Let it cool down.
- Meantime I prepared stuffing. - Add curd, gramflour, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder coriander powder, mango powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, bread crumbs and cumin powder. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Marinate mushrooms in it for 10minutes. - Now stuff mixture in mushrooms and keep aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil on pan, first cook stuffed side on slow gas low flame for 7minutes. - Flip and cook mushrooms for another 5 to 7minutes.
- Transfer it in plate and garnish grated cheese and coriander leaves.
- Serve as a starter, snack or side dish.
