- Take 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 4 oz each
- Get 1/2 tsp salt
- Provide 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Provide Sauce:

- Prepare 1 large shallot, minced
- Provide 2-1/2 c fresh blueberries
- Get 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (from a can), diced

- In small pan, heat 2 tsp of oil. Add shallots and cook until tender. Add blueberries, chipotle, juice and sugar. Bring to boil then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 min.
