The ingredients needed to make PAPAYA PURI —:
  1. Prepare 2 cup whole wheat ata, 1 cup raw papaya grated,
  2. You need Salt to taste, Pinch of ajwain, 1 tbsp sooji,
  3. Use 1 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,
  4. Get 1/2 tsp saunf powder, 1 tbsp oil,
Instructions to make PAPAYA PURI —:
  1. Take a mixing bowl or Parat, add all the ingredients except oil, mix well.
  2. Knead a tight dough by adding water slowly slowly, keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Now add oil, again knead very nicely.
  4. Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it.
  5. Now take small portions of the dough, make small balls.
  6. Roll it & make a lil thick puri.
  7. Moderate the flame, deep fry the puri till crispy golden brown on both side.
  8. Take out on a tissue so that extra oil is absorbed.
  9. Serve it with any curry.
