- Get 3 cups leftover baby back rib meat
- Get 1 pound baby back ribs bone in
- Take 1/2 cup hatch green peppers
- Get 1/3 cup shallots diced
- Prepare 4 slices smoked bacon

- Preheat oven 400°Fahrenheit. In an oven safe Dutch oven crisp the bacon and set aside.
- Take the meat off the bone of the grilled baby back ribs, and chop up. Set 1 pound of grilled ribs, bone in, aside.
