- Provide 6 slice swai fillets
- Provide 1 cup lime juice
- Prepare 2 tbsp Old Bay Cajun Blackened Seasoning
- You need 2 tbsp adobo
- Prepare 1 lb fresh green beans
- Get 8 small small red potatoes
- Provide 1 cup green pepper, tomato & onion (fresh) mix

- Wash fillets in cold water, place in pan flat.
- Add lime juice in pan. Adobo and Old Bay seasoning add to both sides of fillets. If you don't like too spicy only use 1 tablespoon of Old Bay to season both side of fillets.
