- You need wheat flour or aata
- Provide ghee
- Get crushed jaggery

- In a pan heat ghee. Add wheat flour and roast it on low flame. Add 1-2 tablespoon more ghee if needed. Keep stirring till flour turns golden brown and nice aroma release.
