Instructions to make Tyohar ki thali:
- For making laddu add all flours, oil and using warm water make a dough. Making muthiya and fried in ghee
- After frying crush well and add ghee, cardamom powder, jaggery and mix dry fruits and making laddu and sprinkle poppy seeds on it.
- For making potato subji cut boiled potatoes and for tempering add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ashpetidia, ginger chilli paste and add dry spices add water when water gets hot add potato, jaggery, and lemon juice mix well and garnish with coriander.
- For making dal take a pan add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ashpetidia now add ginger chilli paste, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder add boiled arhar dal, add jaggery and lemon juice cook well now add boiled peanut and garnish with coriander
