  2. Provide 1 tbsp Fruit salt /eno

  13. Use 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  14. Prepare 1 Onion chopped
  15. Use 5-6 tbsp Oil
  16. Take 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  17. Take to taste red chilli powder
  18. You need 2 tbsp Sambhar masala
  19. You need 1 pinch baking soda
Instructions to make Suji squares:
  1. For stuffing: Take a pan add oil heat well. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add curry leaves, 1 green chilli chopped. Saute it well.
  2. Add chopped onion saute it for 2 mnts then add all spices mix it well then add grated potatoes and cook it for 2 to 3 mnts. Switch off gas. Keep it a side. Let it cool down.
  3. For batter: Take a bowl. Add suji salt per taste, curd,lemon juice,a pinch baking soda mix it well. Add water and if required.
  4. This should be lump free and of flowing consistency. Beat it with a hand beater for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add 2 tbsp of oil and mix it well, keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  6. After 10 minutes grease microwave save square shape glass with oil properly.
  7. Add eno and mix it well.
  8. Knead a dough of stuffing material and bind it into cylindrical shape.
  9. Place a little batter in glass. Then place stuffing dough in the mid of glass then pour some more batter in glass.
  10. The batter should be pour than half of glass.
  11. Microwave it near about 7 to 8 minutes.
  12. If you want to cook it on gas.place huge utensil. Add some water place a stand in it then place steel glass in it and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
  13. For tadka: Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil in it heat well add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Then add green chilli and curry leaves saute it. Then add a little bit of water and then add spices saute it then all suji squares proprly from all sides in that masala.
  14. After this cut the pieces of suji squares with the help of knife and serve with green chutney.
