- Take 6 oz jello (any flavor you prefer)
- Provide 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

- Prepare 7 oz shredded coconut

- measure out 1/2 c. coconut and set aside
- empty jello into bowl, pour in milk and almond extract
- stir with wooden spoon until smooth and well blended

- refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour
- line baking sheet with wax paper and scoop founded tspful of mixture and roll into ball. roll each ball in extra coconut
- store in refrigerator
