- Provide 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Provide 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Get 1 large lemon, juiced and its rind finely grated

- Take 16 easy-peel shrimp, 31/40 size
- Get 125 g goat cheese
- Take 2 cups (packed) arugula

- Add the pasta to a pot of boiling salted water.
