  2. Get to taste Salt & Pepper
  3. You need Smoked Paprika (optional)
  4. Use 2 C Quick Cook or Instant Brown Rice
  5. Use 1 bag Frozen Broccoli Florets
  6. Use 1 medium onion, diced
  7. Take 1 can Cream of Chicken
  8. Take 1 can Cream of Mushroom
  9. Prepare 1 C Milk
  10. You need 1/4 C butter
  11. You need 1 lb Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Bake 30 minutes or until appropriate internal temp is reached.
  4. Shred Chicken. I used my food processor.
  5. While chicken is baking, cook your rice according to package instructions.
  6. In a large casserole dish mix all ingredients well. Seasoning with salt and pepper to taste
  7. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes, remove and stir.
  8. Return and bake for 10 more minutes
  9. Remove, shut oven off, and serve!
