- Prepare 1 Whole chicken (village chicken preferably)
- Get 1 pot hot water
- You need Spring onion
- Prepare Ginger
- Use Soy sauce
- Provide Cucumber and coriander

- Use Red chilli minced
- Prepare Minced ginger and garlic

Instructions to make Hainanese Chicken Rice:
- Stuff spring onion and ginger at the back of whole chicken.
- Dip whole chicken into hot water pot for 40 minutes. Make sure water is hot but not boiling. This to ensure the meat is cooked thoroughly with smooth texture.
