- Take 20 pcs chicken wings
- Provide 2 tbls apple cider vinegar
- You need 1/2 tbls cayenne pepper
- You need to taste Salt
- You need 1 tbls butter
- You need 3 tbls finely chopped garlic
- You need 1/4 cup lemon/lime juice
- Take 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
- Get 2 tbls vegetable oil for cooking wings
Steps to make Lemon Garlic wings:
- Clean and wash wings and set aside
- In a bowl, add the wings and mix in the vinegar, 1 tbls garlic, cayenne pepper and salt. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes
- If you choose to cook the wings in the airfryer, then preheat the air fryer and add vegetable oil to the wings and mix well. Cook according to airfryer instructions
