The ingredients needed to make Chicken chilli:
  1. Get 250 gms boneless breast
  2. Take For the marination
  3. You need 20 gms rice flour
  4. Take 30 gms cornflour
  5. Provide 10 gms maida
  6. Use 1 tbsp garlic paste
  7. You need 2 tbsp soya sauce
  8. Take 2 tbsp red chilli sauce
  9. You need 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  10. Get 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  11. Prepare 1/8 th cup water
  12. Prepare Salt as per taste
  13. Provide To toss the chicken
  14. Use 1 big capsicum slice
  15. Prepare 2 medium onions sliced
  16. Take 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  17. You need 2 tbsp finely chopped ginger
  18. Take 1 tsp finely chopped green chilli
  19. Prepare 2 tbsp soya sauce
  20. You need 2 tsp vinegar
  21. Take 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  22. Provide Salt as per taste
  23. Take 2 tbsp oil
  24. Use 2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greens
Steps to make Chicken chilli:
  1. Slice the chicken breast and take them in a mixing bowl, add maida, cornflour, rice flour, soya sauce, chilli sauce, black pepper, sweet chilli sauce, salt, garlic paste and water and mix well & marinade the chicken for atleast an hour.
  2. Then air-dry the chicken in the air fryer, if you do not have the air fryer, you can also grill it.
  3. Now in a wok/pan take oil, switch on the flame, once oil heats up add finely chopped ginger, garlic & chillies sauté this for 20 seconds, then add onions & cook them for another minute, then add capsicum & salt and sauté it for 1 minute, now add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, and mix well, now add the juice that released from the marination of the chicken(3tbsp) cook it for 5 minutes.
  4. Finally add the chicken toss it well and serve hot. Garnish with spring onion.
