  1. Take 1 Swede
  2. Take 4 large carrots 🥕
  3. Use 5 Medium Potatoes 🥔
  4. Provide Almond Milk

  1. Peel and dice all the veg and add to large pot.
  2. Add hot water and simmer for around 20 minutes or until veg are soft enough! I tend to add the squash about 5 mins after as it takes less time to become soft
  3. With a masher, mash the veg. Add some almond milk to change the consistency to a softer mash if required! I like to mash in raw garlic too with salt and pepper 😋
