  1. Use 1 1/2 kg Pork Belly, scored
  2. Take 4 clove garlic, roughly chopped
  3. Provide 1 tbsp Sea salt flakes
  4. Get 1 tbsp Fennel seeds
  5. Use 2 tsp Caraway seeds
  6. Get 2 tbsp Olive oil
  7. Prepare 5 large potatoes
  8. Use 1/2 cup Cooked chopped spinach
  9. Get 3 Rasher bacon, diced and fried
