  1. Peel, slice and freeze the bananas on a tray for at least 5-6 hours or overnight.
  2. Put the frozen bananas in the food processor/ mixer grinder jar and churn it for a minute, scrap the jar as and when required…then add the cocoa powder to it and again churn/ blend for a minute or so. Chop the pecan nuts and add it too and mix.
